"Exceptional"

Location is exceptional. Off street parking was necessary and we have a small car so it worked perfectly for us. If you have a large truck/suv it may not fit. Location, location, location!! Well appointed home.

"Disappointing"

This was the first time I’ve booked a home through Booking.com and I won’t do it again. I hesitate to give a bad review, but we were so disappointed. It needed a deep clean and new paint. This house was worn out. Overpriced for level of cleanliness.

Wasn’t well cared for, other air b and b’s I have stayed at have been much cleaner.

"Superb"

Place was good enough size for 2 buddies traveling together. 2 good sized bedrooms. Only 1 bathroom however. Reasonably priced, GREAT location. Walkable to North Park breweries, restaurants, etc. Also South Park is a great neighborhood, not too far away. Bus stops at both ends of the 2 main streets. Can get to downtown in about 30 minutes. You can take a bus to just about anywhere in the surrounding area. No problem checking in.

Internet kept going out. Had to unplug and reset several times. Minor issue. No regrets on staying here however.

"Cute Craftsman's home in North Park"

The location is fabulous. The highlight is it had it's own parking. The neighborhood has very little street parking. It is a cute 100 year old Craftsman's home with modern amenities. It is walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores.

The bathroom door was a little hard to close but not a big deal.
