Nice Apartment, very good value. Very helpful host.

The 2nd smaller room needs some blackout blinds as it would be impossible for the person whose bed is in from of the window to sleep. Luckily we were able to put the baby cot close to the door so it was not too bright

It was very easy to check in, the owner came immediately after a call from the reception. The appartement was as on the pictures, even more beautiful! The sea view was AMAZING!!! There is a balcony where you could have a coffee/tea in the morning while admiring the view. It was even more breathtaking in the night time when the city lights out! Mr Thuy was amazing and helpful. We could ask anything, he made sure it’s done! He even followed up days after we left his appartement to be sure we were alright! It felt like being part of a family!

The property is located in a very good position with a beautiful view. Halong is divided by a bridge: local and tourist side. This property is located on the local side. Considering that Halong city looks like a ghost city, I think the position of the apartment is good as there is more to see on the local side. The apartment was very comfortable, it has indoor heated pool, and there is mini mart right next to it.

The apartment was advertised as breakfast included, but we were told after check-in that it was a listing mistake. We renegotiated the original price with the owner, as we were meant to stay for 4 nights and for a family of 5, this is a significant change. The apartment is not serviced, even though it said it was on the booking.com. Also there isn’t enough cooking equipment provided to use the kitchen, no tea towels, no proper utensil, no dishwashing liquid and etc. It needs a bit of deep cleaning, lot of drawers have junk stuff stored inside, the towels were a bit damaged. There is a washing machine, which was the plus.

The property is located in the quite residence with guaranteed secure. This home has a very cute design and on high floor, so it provides fascinating view of Halong Bay. The host is very caring and friendly. Thanks to their recommendation, we had chances to try many good local food and coffee nearby, which is the 1st priority for us during this trip.

Only has 1 bathroom, so it's a bit inconvenient for group travelers.
