"Beautiful property but food not great. Staff inexperienced."

The rooms are decent and comfortable but maybe better heating need for the cold days, The spa is nice. The property is lovely.

The dining was terrible. Staff was not trained well. Food was not fresh. Just average. It was a huge disappointment. Spa could be more proffessional and treat clients better.

"Exceptional"

Anele the friendly and efficient porter's service was world class. He saw that we were looking lost and he offered to assist with showing us reception for check in, waited with us then took us to the car to get our luggage and to our room. He did all this with a smile and willingness.

None as it was a 1 night stay

Good room. Friendly people.

No milk for coffee in room. Ordered ice and extra water that never came. Could use a rack in the shower.
