Lovely clean beach. Great views . Peacefulness . Wildlife.owner very helpful and friendly. Other residents in park friendly .

On entering caravan park a man came up to car and starting waving his arms for us to turn around. Told us he wouldnt allow us to go on the road to caravan, then said OK I let you go in this once... not the best start to the trip. Toilet not working but was fixed super fast by owner . Very grateful for this.

Die Unterkunft hat alles was es braucht, für einen Selbstversorger. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sowohl das Doppelbett als auch die Couch waren super bequem. Die Lage der Unterkunft bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, sowohl in der Natur als auch zum Dunnoter Castle etc. Diverse Unterlagen in der Unterkunft liefern auch viele Ideen. Michelle ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Bei aufkommenden Anliegen regiert sie umgehend.

Für mich gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Als Tipp für andere Nutzer für den Elektrischen Kamin, der Schalter ist auf der Seite rechts, wenn man davor steht. Ich habe es anfänglich nicht gefunden, war eine kleine Herausforderung 😁

Park is lovely, well kept and very quiet..the play park for the children is also good and well maintained. The caravan has everything...immaculate with comfortable beds, full fridge freezer and great shower..the area has lots to explore didn't have enough time We went to pleasure land in arbroath the girls loved it, St Cyrus beach is beautiful with quite a climb down the cliff path..and quite the climb back up..would highly recommend Charleton Farm.

One tiny thing..no furniture to sit on outside of the caravan...
