USUSThe location is terrific. We enjoyed meeting and socializing with other guests. Our bed was comfortable. Our room and bathroom were clean and ready when we arrived. I liked having a fridge in the room and having the use of the washer and dryer. Overall, a good value.
The grounds need maintenance and care. The pool and hot tub needed more than the quick touch-up they got while we were there. No coffee maker in the room.

The pool chaise chairs you could were designed suck that you could not lay flat on your stomach. The room/closet could benefit from a luggage rack. Someplace to put your suitcase out of the way. And maybe a light on the closet. That space was pretty dark day and night. Minor comments. Love the bathroom! 2nd time staying in the same room.

USPlace was dated but still up to date if that makes sense. For most of the weekend I was there the AC didn’t work so that threw me off. Other than that the staff is very accommodating. I enjoyed myself here
No AC for a bit of time so I doubt that happens to everybody so other than that, then it was pretty good today. Had a great time.

GBAmazing location, couldn’t fault the hosts, facilities in the room and bathroom amazing. The Japanese toilet was such a hit LOVED it. In all honesty I couldn’t fault anything.
I think the 10am check out was a bit harsh. Industry standard is 11-12am, only thing that I could comment on.
