For The City Lovers - Central - Free Parking

Good location within walking distance of many things. Very clean and neat. Lots of room. Comfortable. Nice views.

Very comfortable apartment, big and new. Great parking spot, convenient and easy to use.

Barbara met us for early bag drop and gave us keys to apartment for after it had been cleaned. She texted us when it was ready. Very handy for city centre and the famous 28 tram stop was across the road. Supermarket handy too. Overall great stay. Lovely modern apartment.

3 person sofa only and there was 4 of us. There was plenty of room so suggest put in an extra comfy seat so someone doesn’t have to sit on a dining chair. We got soaked by horizontal rain and we struggled to dry our clothes and shoes. There was an outside drying line but weather not warm enough to dry so an inside clothes drier would have been good. Appreciate it’s February and not always an issue for others.

booking経由でメッセージを送ると、すぐに鍵を渡しにきてくれた。調理道具が揃っているので、近くのスーパーで食材を買って料理をすることも可能。スタッフの方が初日にレストランやおすすめスポットなどを教えてくれてとても親切だった。

当日の朝に、鍵の受け渡しについての連絡があった。長時間フライトで確認することができなかったため、もっと早いタイミングでやりとりができたら良かった。到着時間を電話かwhatsupで連絡すること、と書いてあったが、いずれも持っていなかったので、どう連絡をとって良いかわからず困った。シャワーはお湯がなかなか出ないこともあり、不安定だった。シャンプーは置いていないので要注意。

Great location. Within walking distance to various attractions including the famous Tram 28.

Could do with better heating in the family room.

The property was wonderful. It was well outfitted and comfortable. Host was responsive. Was an easy walk to Rossio. Building street entrance has a locked gate.

The area immediately around the Praca Martim Moniz in front, and side of the building is dirty with many transient and homeless. This unfortunately presented an unpleasant atmosphere. While we generally felt safe and everyone in the area seemed to blend in and go with the flow, it was very uncomfortable day and night.

The host was exceptional. We confirmed a late booking, after 9PM and she personally came to greet us, make sure that we were settled and gave us recommendations for our visit around the city.
