I think the breakfast could have been better with some type of protein. Had waffles, bagels, toast and cereal and I believe oatmeal.

Location was good.

Room 310 had a musty smell.

Location right off freeway. Outlet stores just down the road. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Nice having a mini refrigerator and freezer in the room. A|C easy to control

Limited amenities. No shower gel or hair conditioner Smell of manure outside property. We were only here for the night and not the next morning so it wasn’t a big deal. No elevator. We were able to secure a first floor room. If you have a lot of or heavy bags keep this in mind

It was right off the interstate easy to find very comfortable

Upon arrival, I learned the kitchenette room I reserved two months in advance for a 4-day, 3-night stay was rented out to someone else. The innkeeper, Mr. Patel, blamed it on Booking.com. I believed this because Booking.com screwed up my previous trip about a month prior. On the final overnight of my stay, at 12:20 am, I was abruptly awakened by shouting and other noise emanating from the ground floor lobby. There were many people basically having a party. The noise went on for an hour, preventing any chance for sleep. Finally, when I arrived home, my experience had been so 'sketchy' that I checked my credit card. Not much to my surprise, I learned I had been charged twice for my stay - once by Mr. Patel and once by Booking.com. I reached out to both for resolution but, after a full week, still have received no reply from either. I have since cancelled all reservations with Booking.com, will never use that service again, and will never endure another stay at the Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Williamsburg IA North.
