4 bedrooms pool home gated resort of Veranda Palms

Great location, comfy bed and lounge area

The lanai needs cleaning of cobwebs which were huge, means there was a lot of debris falling into the pool (which had low water which I filled to help the filtration) Previous renters had not bagged their trash which was reported to the company, unfortunately this was not removed throughout our stay - would not be an issue if the trash was placed in a wheelie bin, but the disposal system was a trunk m. Means lots of flies were around the bin and I assume vermin will try to get into the box and possibly become a bigger issue for the householder if not resolved quickly

The property was clean , the location off the 192 perfect

We arrived 2 days after our allotted dates because of the storm, was told the house was inspected, when we arrived we found the door to the garage handle broken , there was hardly any toilet tissues in the bathrooms, the door in the Jack and Jill middle bathroom did not lock , the toilet in the master bedroom stop flushing,I reported it and was told someone would come out and attend to it but no one came , we also noticed all the bed heads knocked against the wall when we change sleeping positions

Location and size of villa.

Pool was dirty and unusable,we had to use the communal pool. Outside area around the pool and the outdoor furniture needed a good clean. The inside of the villa was a much better standard.
