The property is spacious and has amazing amenities. Good location, easy to walk to different places or access transport, supermarkets, etc. Customer service is excellent, responsive and friendly. We stayed four nights as an extended family of 7; everyone was able to relax in their own space but we could all come together easily in the living space

Some of the mattresses were a bit too hard and everyone had only one small pillow. Some issues with the boiler which were addressed quickly. The building is old and insulation is not great - bring ear plugs! Only one bathroom (plus extra WC)
