Twilight House -Wyndale Living- B'ham JQ Townhouse

Great property very clean, the bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. Great location. Would recommend and will definitely be returning.

We had booked another apartment but turned up and left immediately 🤢 So grateful to have been able to secure this property very last minute but within 30 minutes of booking we were in and could immediately relax. Fantastic for a group of three to have our own bedrooms and en suites. Comfy beds, clean bedding and towels and had everything we needed to settle in. Really close to ICC for our conference. Lots of good food options around.

Good size rooms, close to the city centre, walking distance. Black out curtains, ensuite for every bedroom.

Electric heaters weren't easy to use, there were no instructions on how to use them. When I messaged and called the company, there was no response. Hot water went cold after 3 people showered. So one morning we had freezing water. Again I messaged about this and never received a response. The staff response was very poor. When I messaged for the wifi code, I didn't receive it until the next day. We had booked a 2 night stay, so that was half of our trip without the WiFi code.

The location was great and the house was decorated to a modern standard. All the bedrooms were very spacious and an en-suite for each room was great and really useful.

Unfortunately the hot water ran out every morning after only 3 people had showered. This was unexpected given that we booked for 8 people and we did not expect such a well designed home to have issues with hot water. Also there were a few basic supplies which were not there such as replacement bin bags, dishwasher tablets (we had to buy our own) enough cutlery for the number of guests. Also the carpets had not been vacuumed.

Lovely spacious modern house. Great that every bedroom had an en suite shower/wc Good to have a ground floor WC. Very good location, easy walk into jewellery quarter and near good bars and restaurants. We walked to and from station and also into the centre on the Saturday for the Xmas markets. Some minor issues at the beginning were quickly sorted and communications throughout were very good.

Fantastic location to Birmingham centre, only 10 minute walk and felt like it was a safe area. All the rooms were extremley clean, and felt almost brand new! And I know they are not as we stayed last christmas. Cant really falt antying and we will most likley be back next year again.

All 4 bedrooms have a double & single bed and are ensuite which is great for groups. The kitchen/diner/lounge is a good size and had everything we needed. The location was convenient and the area was quiet and safe. It was clean and well appointed so we had a great weekend there.

The only thing lacking was a welcome pack with details of the WiFi code and how to use the electric heaters. We managed to find a booklet for the heaters but had to message to get the WiFi code - they did respond quickly on a Friday evening so it was a small inconvenience rather than a major issue.
