Apartments with private parking & terrace

We stayed here in May 2025 for 9 days. We really liked the apartment — it was quiet, clean, bright, and equipped with everything we needed. There is parking available, which is convenient if you're traveling by car. The location is excellent: there's a nearby train station with easy access to Riga. Right across the street is a beautiful park, and it's also close to the sea and Jomas Street, which has a wide selection of restaurants and cafés. On the way to Jomas Street, there is a Russian Orthodox church.

Amazing new apartments! Very very clean, comfortable and beautifully renovated apartments, very stylish, massive terrasse with the sun lounges. We loved it! Great host and fantastic location, right in front of park and main street and restaurants are just a little walk away through the park. We would like to come again.

Everything in the apartment was up to standard, the apartment was overall top class.

Actually I really don't have what not to like in the apartment.

It was cozy and clean.

The pillows in the bedroom. They were so uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on a big rock😀

The flat was fantastic. The Wi-Fi was great. The parking was fantastic. The living area was warm and airy. It was a top top apartment.

The only thing that would’ve given it a 10 was if they had a gate opener as part of the keys because to get in and get out, you have to come out of your car go through the gate press the code twice and then get back in your car

There's really nothing

- Beautiful modern design apartment with 5 meter high ceiling and large panoramic windows - No cheap materials, natural wooden floor, high quality kitchen appliances from AEG - Everything is pretty much brand new except of the bathroom (see below) - Temperature is managed by the heated floors - unusual, but works great - Calm and quiet place, good sound isolation between the rooms - Large terrace with a table and 4 chairs - Private parking with plenty of space - Large private yard for the apartment complex with forest and mushrooms)

- Totally wrecked shower door in the bathroom - requires immediate replacement - Bathroom faucet and shower system while being Grohe-branded and originally chromium are home-painted in black, and this black paint is peeled off almost everywhere - very unpleasant - One of two bedroom pillows is very hard, difficult to sleep on
