Great decor, comfy beds and lovely and clean. Easy to get a taxi or walk into Chester town centre. A few nice pubs very close by.

Close to shops and centre . Easy to find and simple communication from host . It was a last minute booking on the way to Chester so wasn't sure what we was going to be walking into.

Needs a good clean and some DIY improvements asap. Not fit to be renting out to guests. The cooker wasn't usable and clean. Most of the house was covered in dust. The front door has a gap which lets a draught in and the letter box too.

"Good location, comfy beds, just needs a little tlc"

Beds were comfy and location was good to walk into town within 20 mins. Free parking available. They had tea and games to play. Nice artwork!

Property is a little tired looking and could do with a little tlc, a couple of things were a bit broken.

"Handy location"

The house was handy for what we needed it for, perfect location for everything. The beds were comfortable and clean ,we slept well. I think it would of been better if there had been some throws in the lounge for extra comfort. Also in the kitchen we needed washing up liquid and bleach and kitchen roll and more tea towels and a hand towel. But on the whole we were happy. Thank you for our stay.
