Fee4Me. Amazing apartment in the heart of Lavapies

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado en Lavapies y es próximo a la Estación de Atocha y al subte, se trata de un apartamento cuidadosamente reciclado que ofrece todas las comodidades, cama y sofá muy comodos, y una cocina completa, en esta encontramos agua, cafe, te, galletitas, así como elementos para sazonar alimentos si quisieramos cocinar. Tiene un proceso de checkin y registro automatizado que tiene un costo extra bajo; contratamos por este mismo sistema check late sin problemas.

La tecnología aveces falla, en este caso ocurrió con la apertura de puerta de calle que no funcionó el automatismo, se solucionó como siempre con la gente, encontramos buenos vecinos que nos permitieron llegar hasta la caja que contenía las llaves de la unidad.

Квартира находится внутри дома. И по факту, это не совсем квартира, скорее дворницкая или что-то типа. Окон по факту нет, а те что есть выходят в подьезд, напротив них какое- то обслуживающее предприятие. О тишине, к сожалению, речи не идет- с ребенком это было важно

We recently stayed at this apartment for six days, and while the space itself was generally fine, we were disappointed with several aspects of the service. Firstly, the host only provided two towels per person (one large and one very small) for the entire duration of our stay. For a six-day visit, this was far from adequate and made it difficult to maintain basic hygiene and comfort. Secondly, upon our departure, the host claimed that the towels had been stained (from what was most likely minimal makeup residue) and informed us that replacements were necessary. This led to a deduction from our breakables deposit, which we find unreasonable given the minor nature of the marks and the general wear-and-tear expectation for towel use. We understand the importance of maintaining the property, but we feel the handling of this situation lacked fairness and transparency. We hope future guests are provided with more sufficient amenities and clearer expectations around such matters.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. It is decorated very tastefully with attention to detail. Very clean and comfortable. The bed and the sofa are great as well. The owner Gianluca was very attentive, helpful and super fast in communication. He gave us great tips about cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood. He also left for us several welcoming gifts, which was a nice touch! We will certainly return soon!

Location suited us

There was no air conditioner for the apartment. The front door to the complex was extremely noisy 24 hours a day, A door closer or mechanism to stop it from slamming should be installed.

The lock box was in an awkward location and a bit confusing.

The entrance was noisy. Lots of clanging metal.

The property was in an excellent location, very accessible to everything on foot. The apartment was small but very clean.

The negative was that the apartment was very noisy due to people slamming the outside door until very late in the day (02:00) and also the bed had a very bad sag in the middle which did not give a good night rest.

Excellent location, everything well organized and clean, direct contact with the owner, support and attention from booking confirmation to arrival at the apartment. My husband and my mother love the apartment.

What was missing was bath towels for three people, there were only for two, sheets to cover the sofa bed, and as we came in the summer and Madrid is very hot, air conditioning would be good. But everything else was in perfect condition and the place is very nice and cozy.
