Great location and the air conditioning actually worked.

Linens might need an update. More ice trays.

Fantastic apartment. We were a family of 5 and it was perfect for us. Kitchen very well equipped. Great to have a coffee machine! Tiny little balcony off one of the bedrooms was lovely for coffee in the morning . No lift but only up 2 flights of stairs. It was a beautiful building. Aircon & WiFi good and hot water in showers . Very easy and friendly communication with Emanuele to get keys and details of check out. Perfect location. Right beside the Cathedral and only a couple of mins down to the lake . Couldn’t have asked for a better apartment or location. Great few days in Como .

The location

No elevator, because of our huge luggages, but i think it is normal in Italy no elevator.

Location and beds. It's a very nice unit and it's close to the main square in Como and any boats you would want to take to see the rest of the lake.

AC was questionable and didn't work great but we were never uncomfortable, just a little warm at times. Also, the showers weren't the best.

Great location, good sized apartment. Very accommodating in allowing us to leave our luggage there before check in, while unit being cleaned after previous occupier.

Hot water to shower in main bathroom was hit and miss, on more than one occasion no hot water at all.

Location, 2 baths, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, food nearby, washer and dryer

No elevator, hot water was scarse and took a very long time to get, no bath rails to hold onto in main bath.
