Spacious villa 5 mins from nature reserve and town

- lots of space - breakfast, coffee and tea, milk and bread - bathtub is huge and is great to have a good soak after long days - the garden is lovely - Aldi is within 10 minutes walk, Tesco about the same. Three convenient stores close by. - about a 20 minute walk to the bus station - beds were comfortable - host was very responsive

Easy to park next to, comfortable, little extra touches to make the guests feel welcome. The decor is like staying at a nanna’s house (in a comforting , lovely way).

We didn’t get to fully enjoy our time due 100% to a mix up on our part.

Light breakfast and coffee provided, shower toiletries included, and very cosy beds! Our son liked the garden best, which has multiple sitting areas, great light, and lush flowers. We spotted many butterflies and had coffee outside every morning. The walk into city centre was easy and beautiful by the water. It was also a bonus to be in walking distance from the nature reserve, Carnac Point, and children’s play areas. We saw seals from Carnac Point on our last morning!

There are fragile (and very lovely) decorative items, but Marie didn’t seem to mind that we shifted them out of reach of our toddler. Just be aware in case you have a particular wild child - you may need to move a few things for your stay 🙂

The villa is huge! And the host was amazing, left amazing breakfast for us, shared everything we needed to know and answered some of the questions I sent. Check-in / out system was easy, no issues finding the house and it is walking distance to the city center, great location. Good water pressure in the shower, coffee maker, toaster, plenty of kitchen supplies, soap for dishes, etc. and basically everything you need to cook is there.

The heating was not working properly, or it was regulated from outside because we tried to adjust it as the day was freezing, and we couldn't (house was not terrible cold, just not comfy). Also the dishes (glasses) weren't washed properly and 2 had lipstick on them so we re-washed them.
