Location was excellent

Bit tired in place, little bit grubby, and normally we have always had a small welcome pack

Excellent Location, couldn't get more central

A great central location in an amazing Historic building. The Shambles is across the road, The Golden Fleece York's most haunted pub is 2 doors away. York gin is next door, the Minster is a 7 minute walk and the river is a 3 minute walk.

As it is an old building be aware that the noise from the road outside eg delivery lorries and rowdy people in the early hours can be heard. The owners have installed secondary glazing to prevent drafts and noise. Ear plugs if you are a light sleeper are a must, but don't let that distract from the beautiful apartment and central location.

The location was perfect. Bed was extremely comfortable. Really liked the keypad to enter apartment. Not having to worry about picking up keys

The location of the property was ideal, right in the centre of the action!

The front door to the property would not lock adequately, and, despite reporting thus to the owner, no action was taken to solve the problem, nothing was done whilst we were there.
