"Affordable rent, but the cleanliness of the house needed attention."

The price of the accommodation was good, and the building was lovely

Despite asking the owner to refresh the house before our arrival as there were various reviews regarding the cleanliness of the house. We arrived to find that the house was barely cleaned on the surface. There were toe nail cuttings in rooms and hair on the beds. The shower drainage was very clogged up which meant we had to stand in dirty bath water. The shower had a lot of hair and grime both inside and outside amongst other things. The decking needs steps to make it safe to access the building.

The house was well connected to the public transportation and has a free parking

I’m use to blast anyone on reviews, but the cleanness was awful overall, below the minimum acceptable from a receptive structure. The owner should relay on an external cleaning company if he doesn’t have the necessary equipment to provide clean blankets, cushions and towels. Moreover the night was kind of cold since there are no heaters on the first floor
