Spacious, private, centrally located home w/ beach

The location was amazing beautiful area and neighborhood. Close to (everything) downtown Meredith, Laconia & Squam Lake. The beach access on Waukewan Lake is not walking distance, but it has a private parking area & it’s a great place for families to swim. The home is private and spacious our family of 3 generations 6 adults & 4 children fit great and the kids loved sharing a room together. The large dining room table was amazing we enjoyed family dinners all together. The living room was comfortable and the AC units were great to have it was a hot week. Nice fire pit for s’mores too! The grill was different it’s a flat cooking surface, our son in law is a chef and he really enjoyed cooking on it. Burgers, dogs, bacon, hash browns & quesadillas too! The before 11 am check out time is awesome. Nicole is a great & helpful host. A large house and lots of guest floors get messy, I suggested to Nicole a mop & bucket would be nice for guess to have. It’s only fair we clean up after ourselves.

Mattress/ Beds need improvement ( no complaints from the kids room.) Note Master bedroom mattress very firm. The kitchen sink faucet is fragile handle with care. Check the dryer upon arrival, the dryer doesn’t dry well at all. Do small loads or it’s easier to dry on the upper deck. Take it easy on all the sliding door they are in rough shape but work once you get the hang of them. This grill needed/needs extra cleaning ( grease)
