Bella Mia - Entire Apartment near Liszt Ferenc Ter

The location of Bella Mia is fantastic. In the corner of the Jewish quarter near Oktagon. It was easy to walk or catch trams or trains. The host made it easy to check in with great communication. The loft bedroom ceiling is good if you are under 5ft 6. No major problem though for my 6ft partner.

Slight musty smell.

Nothing to dislike

Very nice clean appartement with an amazingly comfortable bed. Great location and attentive host.

In winter it is almost impossible to comfortably heat up the appartement. Since the bed is on the upper part of the maisonette it is either too cold down in the appartement or like a sauna in the bed.

Location was good, lots of shops nearby and a short 15ish minute walk to local attractions. Location was also quiet, did not hear any outside noise. Amenities were good, we were provided with all basic things that we would have needed. Host was super friendly and very responsive.

Some damp on walls. The staircase going up to the bedroom needs a little tightening to make it more secure.

Location. Place has a potential but run down

Place was dirty. Spider webs.Toilet broken. Shower broken. Mould and dump. Bad smell.Place not maintained as it should. Balustrade is not bolted properly. Dangerous.Owner is ignoring feedback from reviews. We started our visit from washing the stairs leading to antresol (where bed is )and floor in the leaving room. Toilet board on first use slide left, because one of the fittings is broken. Shower. Splitter between shower head and raindrop broken.I took off the raindrop, put offcut from plastic bag and screw the fitting back, to stop water going from the top. Then was time to sort shower tray which was not draining. I took off the shower head and flushed the drain. Why would I bother? Because my wife was very disappointed. She wanted to rent a different place. We only slept in apartment so we only needed to deal with the place for short time. All it needs is 2 days work for a handy man to secure balustrade, change toilet seat, paint the walls and definitely suck the cleaner. I don't care that TV is missing. Renting this apparent in this condition is taking a piss and disrespectful to guests.

The location is absolutely perfect.

The walls are worn down, and the kitchen is lacking essential amenities. The apartment is very humid.
