Withernsea Sands - Disabled friendly (maple grove)

DO NOT BOOK this caravan, the guy messages you after you have paid to demand a £75 securitu deposit, iv now been chasing 1 month for the return of the deposit and he isnt answering calls or replying to messages. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, FAR BETTER VANS ON SITE.

I wasn't even accommodated, I didn't receive any money, for what reason? Very nasty from them

we booked a static caravan through your website 3 days before we was due to go the owner got in touch with us saying you can only book for 3 nights so he made us pay for an extra night which he charged us £85.00 and £75.00 fora refundable deposit nothing was damaged and i gave it a good clean on leaving  this caravan should not be rented out as electrics are faulty keep switching out and i also got an electric shock i am reporting this to you as i cant  get any response from the owner  and i will also be reporting it to the withernsea sands site  not happy at all think he is a con    yours  mr mark wasp

Food left in caravan from previous occupants. No hot water for 24 hours. Electricity kept going of our stay was cut short because of these problems so ended up only staying 2 nights.

I didn’t like anything about the stay. The accomodation was falsely advertised, dirty, the host was rude and hadn’t paid back a damage deposit. She tried charging me extra for bedding and towels and an extra night. My daughter stood on an earring that was on the floor and hurt her foot, the disabled beds are singles, creaky and bowed and overall awful. I was meant to stay for 5 days but checked out after 12 hours of being there and she’s refused to take accountability for anything or refund me the money or even pay the damage deposit back to me which is technically theft.

Everything could have been better. Would not reccomend.

Booking was cancelled by host as said the listing was wrong and they don’t offer 2 night stays but I was allowed to book a 2 night stay It was then cancelled the host offered me to stay for a additional night which I did not require Also asked me send money via a bank transfer

Booked a night stay & had to pay online before visiting property using available options on booking.com but got a message from property asking me to cancel it because they don't do for one night with short notice!!! If so website shouldn't allow guests to book that way!! Money kept for a few days before refunding back to my account. They also didn't like me asking for clean bedding!!!!!

Extremely old and falling apart, and then the owner had the cheek to accuse us of causing damage. DO NOT STAY HERE
