Rooms in a beautiful house with free on St parking

Didn't do breakfast,but chose this accommodation due to It's location.The hosts(Sonja),was very helpful if we didn't have anything she sorted it quickly,her communication was excellent.

Wouldn't change anything.

Clean and delightful

Nothing - it’s slightly off the beaten track but very easy to find.

Clean and comfortable and good value. Perfect for my visit to see friends in Hove.

On street parking is a bonus.

There was no television in my room

Sonia’s house is beautiful. We booked last minute due to issues with our previous air B&B and she couldn’t be more accommodating. Lovely host, excellent room, facilities available, good location. Her 2 gorgeous cats were an added bonus if you’re an animal lover like us! Thank you SO much.

Possibly some form of cooker e.g, air fryer (however, this was also due to us having to change from an apartment that we had booked to this accommodation).

Really love place to stay with large room and very comfortable bed! Home was clean, with good facilities and plenty parking space. Sonia was very helpful and attentive, with check in/check out instructions provided clearly and in good time. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a stay out of Brighton city center.

You can hear people talking/walking around/closing doors quite a bit but the quiet hours meant that this was not an issue over night

Great host and location created an atmosphere of being at home
