"Exceptional"

Location was very good, Teresa was the best host. The apartment was well equipped and very clean and spacious. Definitely go back next time.

Nothing not to like, Lucca is the best place in Italy, the people are very friendly and helpful.

"A few days in Lucca"

The location is super. You jump right into the center. It is self check-in but super easy. Communication response was quick. We missed some things in the apartment and they arranged it right away. For the rest it's a complete place, to cook everything is available also. Beautiful floor but it feels cold in the winter so bring your slippers. Comfortable big bed. They heated the place before we arrived which was nice.

We had some problems with warm water so we ended up not taking a warm shower which made our stay a bit unpleasant .They tried to solve it but we needed to make an effort in order to help us out better. At the end everything was fine. The sofa in the living room is not really comfortable. The noise from outside is audible so in the night this might be an issue for some.
