Location was good, size of villa was good, beds were comfortable. Bill was very helpful but we didnt have his direct number.

Window above living space was filthy, pool filter/water level didn’t work for 5 of 14 days so we couldn’t use pool, pool table was very bad, it dipped in middle and pockets had to be duck taped in order to catch balls. Leather peeling off cinema seats, no welcome book for first time in 15 villas we’ve hired. Therefore no air con instructions, garbage collection or local details provided. Robert ignored every message we sent after day 2. We had to contact company owner to get pool etc sorted. Pool alarm didn’t work which is illegal in Florida & a concern with our 2 & 6 years old. Also light duck taped to mirror in master bathroom.
