"Disappointing cleanliness"

Location was great

Unfortunately, the property was not as clean as expected and would benefit from a deep and thorough professional clean. The black fabric settee in the living area had multiple visible stains which were quite unpleasant and gave an unhygienic first impression. Soft furnishings should be properly cleaned or replaced when stained, as this immediately affects guest comfort. Although the beds were neatly made on arrival and initially looked presentable, once we turned down the bedding there were hairs visible on the sheets. This raised concerns about whether the linen had been freshly changed. The bathroom also requires attention. The shower area would benefit from a proper clean using a cream cleaner and limescale remover, as there was visible buildup. The strip along the bath screen is heavily ingrained with dirt that appears to have accumulated over a long period of time rather than being a recent oversight. This is something that should be addressed as part of regular deep cleaning. In addition, the shower hose (the spiral attachment) is ripped and worn, which is both unsightly and not ideal from a hygiene perspective. Replacing this would be a simple and inexpensive improvement. The carpets are badly stained making it appear so dirty. Overall, the property has potential and the beds were well made on arrival, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues significantly impacted the stay. A thorough deep clean and some basic upkeep would greatly improve the guest experience.

"The apartment is in a very good location in a safe area."

Excellent location. Two minutes walk to tube station and buses, large supermarket and small shopping mall with a selection of shops. There are coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

We were surprised that there was no coffee/tea when we arrived.

Perfect location! It’s surrounded with shops to buy and eat. Train station and buses are just few steps away. The view is stunning from the 10th floor. They also let us check in early which is very good, thank you for this. If i can give more than 10 score with the location of the place, it will be that. Perfect!

דירה מרווחת מאוד בשכונת אדג'וור. הדירה מאובזרת באופן מלא לשהיית משפחה לתקופות ארוכות. מקרר גדול, מיקרוגל, אמצעי בישול, מכונת כביסה ומייבש. מארח נגיש ונענה לבקשות מיוחדות היכן שאפשר. תחנת הטיוב אדג'וור נמצאת 4 דקות הליכה מהדירה. מתחת לדירה יש סופרים, חנויות נוחות וקניון קטן. מרכז החנויות היהודי של השכונה נמצא כ 6 דקות הליכה מהדירה. 10 דקות הליכה מהדירה יש אגם קטן עם ברווזים. בילוי מצויין בשבת למי שיש לו ילדים צעירים ולא נוסע ללונדון לשבת

אין מזגן. היינו באוקטובר אז לא הייתה בעיה. אדג'וור רחוקה 30 דקות נסיעה בטיוב ממרכז לונדון וצריך לקחת את זה בחשבון

great location, plenty of shops, restaurants, and affordable large car park nearby spacious apartment stunning views easy and convenient check-in process good communication with owner

definitely not a "luxury" place - a lot of wear and tear, stains on furniture and carpets very dirty, carpets and floor hadn’t been hoovered, full of hair and rubbish had to buy my own washing sponge because the one there was disgusting

"Amazing"

The property was amazing, clean, spacious and with beautiful views at night. Public transport is close aswell. I had my doubts when I was booking this apartment however I’m lost for words how good this place was. The owner was really helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend it.

"Overall, the apartment was nice. The cons were the construction and lack of privacy."

There was construction going on the outside of the building so the view was blocked. Plus there was no window coverings in the living/kitchen area and the construction workers would look in, which we did not appreciate at all!

"I do not recommend this apartment for a vacation rental!"

The location close to the means of public transport, the size of the apartment and the floor heating system (although initially the owner specified that there is not need to use the heating because the building is well insulated, but low temperatures were predicted and we got it during our stay).

We found the apartment very dirty, the bed linens unchanghed with stains and traces of hair, dust and traces of dirt on the furniture, very visible stained carpets in both bedrooms, the bathrooms did not seem properly sanitized. I asked for help to change the bedding accordingly, I waited the owner about 2 hours to present himself at the location, his initial explanation was that these were changed, but apparently not washed at a correct temperature and he would notify the housekeeper which I was told that she was of the same nationality as ours. The bedding was changed finally, but we had to sanitize by ourself the furniture, the bathrooms and the kitchen so we can use them. The building was all clad in scaffolding maybe for rehabilitation, the door from the balcony and the windows were blocked from opening a little for security reason, but this situation was not specified before. It’s a shame of the potential of the apartment that could become a very pleasant stay if it will be well managed.
