Lovely main door 1 bedroom holiday flat with patio

Great location & roomy flat. Good pressure shower and nice kitchen (no freezer, but the ice cream shop a few blocks away truly has the best home made ice cream I've ever had!

Might recommend some new pans? Broken or scratched Teflon coating can be a health hazard. I didn't use them & picked up a £12 pan form TKs.

It was very clean and comfortable and had plenty of extra touches. It far exceeded our expectations.

Bed a bit difficult to access due to shortage of space but understandable. Doesn’t help when you are old!

The location of this property is ideal as it is in a quiet street with a 2 minute walk to the town centre. The house is secured at the rear and has a private rear yard with external furniture which is great to sit out and relax. The inside of the house is wonderful, it has everything that you need, from the facilities in the kitchen with the utensils and condiments, very comfy bed in a spacious bedroom, lovely bathroom with a great shower & the best towels, to a very good living area which made my stay there very enjoyable and I will definitely return to this property.

Perfectly situated in the centre of Stonehaven, not even 2 minutes walking distance from the shops, restaurants and beach. A cosy quiet retreat, but right in the middle of things. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated in a modern and tasteful style. The quirky wee kitchen has everything you need to cook for 2 and there were supplies and fresh milk in the fridge so no need to go out before you can relax with a cuppa in the outside space. Great value for money when you consider the cost of a pokey hotel room in some of the local hotels....... and you can eat your breakfast in your PJs without raising an eyebrow! :) Lesley our host couldn't have been more accommodating, and with no guests booked on our leaving day was more than happy for us to have a later checkout. Very much appreciated when every second spent away from the teenagers at home counts! We will definitely be back and will not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

The only problem I encountered was poor wifi connection. I gather this will be corrected very soon with the installation of fibre.
