D'Pristine 2BR walking to Legoland Netflix by STAY

The property was excellent and we were trying to book a taxi to property but it was exactly opposite to Legoland

Super clean and hygiene. Television was equipped with all ott apps.

The location of the property is good. Very near Legoland, Medini and Puteri Harbour. Neighbourhood is beautiful, clean and quiet. The view of this apartment is also quite nice as it's overlooking a lake and greenery. The apartment in general also looked nice and seemed relatively new.

I was extremely annoyed and disappointed by the level of service offered by the management of this stay. Although the listing title says it is a 2-bedroom unit, within the description, it also clearly stated that this is a 3-bedroom apartment several times. Seeing that, I assumed the listing title had a typo and that this was in fact a 3-bedroom apartment. What is not specified in this listing is that this is a dual-key unit. So it is a combo of a 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom apartment. I booked this stay for a party of 6 pax. Upon check-in they initially tried to get us to squeeze into the 1-bedroom. When I argued, they gave me the 2-bedroom but said that's the best they can do because someone else is staying in the 1-bedroom. When I pointed out that this is not fair, they tried to gaslight me by saying the listing title is more important than the description of the apartment. This whole experience was so infuriating and a member of my family couldn't join the stay because of this space constraint. On top of that the apartment was FILTHY when we got there. It had not been swept - there was hair and dust everywhere and even a dead cockroach. We had to sweep and even wipe down the toilets because of how gross it was. Speaking on the toilet now, everytime someone had to use the master room toilet it was a nightmare. There are some serious plumbing issues - the toilet can't be flushed and would overflow plus everytime we used the sink, the drain hole below would spurt the used water.
