NOTHING!!! There's absolutely nothing good or decent about the property or our stay. It is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life and the worst experience ever

Where do I start? Everything about this property is very very poor. The property is very run down and not maintained at all. Animal feces were found in some places especially the living room. Some room ceilings and door lintels had cracks, structurally damaged and almost falling off. Toilet and property wasn't cleaned before our stay. Beds had used beddings and smelled. Everywhere and rooms had bad odour. Electricity went off on last night; the meter was a prepaid one with less units that we had to pay for. The whole place was appalling. This property should be properly investigated and should never ever be listed until all issues with it are addressed. I felt scammed too as the pictures posted in the listing are false and do not show the true state of the property. Both host and Booking.com should be ashamed of listing such a property without due inspection, and should issue refunds for the poor state and trauma caused to customers. Absolutely SHOCKING!!!

Nada más llegar me costó abrir la puerta pero cuando conseguí abrir la puerta, después la cerradura de la casa no cerraba porque se habían desplazado unas piezas de la cerradura, que justamente eran las que dificultaron abrir la puerta. Llamé al teléfono de contacto y nunca atendieron la llamada. La puerta no cerraba ni por dentro ni por fuera de la casa. Afortunadamente uno de los comercios de al lado me prestaron un destornillador y pude ajustar la cerradura. Los responsables se ampararon en el horario de la llamada, pero la primera de ellas fue realizada 10’ antes de que “su horario” de atención finalizara. Estuve a punto de irme de la casa dejado la puerta abierta porque incluso notifiqué a Booking la incidencia. La suerte que puede solucionar la cerradura con el destornillador que me dejaron. Al día siguiente recibí un mensaje pidiendo disculpas y me dijeron que me harían un descuento de muy poco dinero en el total de mi reserva, el cual todavía estoy esperando 2 meses después. La casa es muy grande pero muy incómoda: son 3 plantas sin ascensor con una escalera muy estrecha e inclinada. Los dormitorios están en la planta alta y el baño está en la planta intermedia junto con la cocina y el salón (ambas estancias están bien). No volveré a reservar aquí y no lo recomiendo.

My old neighborhood!

It is hands down the most dirty and disgusting accommodation I have ever booked on booking.com. Dirty sheets, blood on pillows, menstrual blood on toilet roll, half smoked joint left in sitting room, dirty kitchen and bathroom. Obviously not cleaned or inspected after so called ‘cleaning’. After finally getting in contact with them in the Philippines and chasing them, they offered 50% off but in fact I won’t be getting that as I have to pay their booking. com commission so I’ll be lucky to get 1/3 off and that is still over paying. Ruined our family weekend as my kids didn’t want to stay there and sleep in the grubby sheets. It’s not the money it’s the depressing state of the flat - a dirty old former student accommodation over a Chinese takeaway with old student furnishings- and totally false reviews. Do NOT consider this place for a second! Stairs are so steep - I’ll be reporting it to the council as I don’t think they are legal. Just don’t!

Everything! It’s a dirty, unclean disgrace of a flat and booking.com should not be allowing such places to be advertised and false, AI reviews to be posted about this flat.

Amount of space available

Only 1 bathroom for what could have been 8 people if each bedroom was filled. Very steep stairs.
