"Pleasant"

The flat and stay was good .had few maintenance issue which could have been sorted . Ist few rooms windows were not closing creating to much noise and breeze coming inside the room . Toilet door didn’t had a hatch to close . Staircase steps had nails underneath which was creating problem while walking stairs

"a student house"

was in a good location for smithdown road. The owner was quick to respond

It was like a student house and didn’t feel clean. It definitely needs some work. The toilet wasn’t fitted to the ground properly and moved when it was sat on. the cleaner came early in the morning and came straight it. she then waited outside the door for us to leave with the door open.

It was very roomy. Beds were comfortable.. the kitchen was useful. It had everything needed for an overnight stay.

Great location near to where a friend lives. Clean, tidy apartment with great facilities. For the price we paid it exceeded our expectations and we were all very impressed with it.

we loved how spacious the property was! every room was clean with facility’s to use (cleaning products, body washes tooth paste towels bedding and blankets) - had access to Netflix which was also great to keep kids entertained while we got ready. there’s a shop right below the property too which is very convenient and the owners of the shop are so lovely and helpful with questions. we also lost the key, we contacted the property and they was outside within 4 minutes with a replacement. my family live within walking distance of the property and everyone in the area is sooo nice and friendly! (side note: we’re 2 mums with 2 little girls and felt very safe and secure, and parking was easy) thanks for the stay 🙏🏽
