"Terrible experience – Dirty apartment and awful communication"

Good location

We arrived at 8 PM to find the property completely uncleaned. The beds were unmade, the bathroom and sink were dirty, there was dust all over the floors, and basic essentials like toilet paper and soap were missing. To make matters worse, the promised baby cribs were not set up. We were traveling with two young children, and because of this mess, their bedtime routine was completely ruined. We spent hours on the phone with both the hosts and Booking.com just trying to get someone to come and clean. The hosts promised a refund for the cleaning fee and the first night. However, I had to fight constantly and involve Booking.com support just to get a partial refund, which ended up being the wrong amount. Now, they are completely ignoring my messages. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

La ubicación.

En primer lugar íbamos con una persona con silla de ruedas, cosa que se dijo. Existe una rampa de subida y bajada pero solo tienen las llaves los porteros y cuando no están te tienes q quedar sin salir. Se le comunicó y no nos quisieron dar llaves ,ni Booking tampoco. Un HORROR. Por otro lado el piso está sucio y mal pintado.poco papel higiénico, nada de detergente ,ni balletas ,ni escoba,ni fregona , nada. Un error haber cogido este apartamento.

La ubicación y la ducha

Faltaba lugar de guardado, no lugares donde colgar las toallas ni la de mano. Mobiliario insuficiente. No habían artículos de limpieza, la cocina muy mal equipada, sin repasador, ni ballerina, ni escoba.

"Muy mala atención y no responden por objetos olvidados"

La ubicación

La atención al cliente es muy mala, se demoraron en contestar demasiado, contestaban muy lento por booking y por el número de teléfono nunca contestaron, nos dijeron que nos guardaban maletas antes de la hora del checkin y cuando llegamos allá no nos contestaban entonces tuvimos que irnos a esperar en otro lado con todas las maletas. Además fueron muy inflexibles sin darnos solución para el checkout. Se me quedó un termo y no respondieron por él, lo cual deja una sensación muy desagradable del lugar.
