Eveything it was all dirty a proper mess I’ve got photos to prove I wouldn’t ever pay to sleep in it again it was absolutely discussing

Not much was great about the property. We arrived there were no towels or toilet roll, this didn’t state on the booking we had to bring our own towels. There was a used sanitary towel in the main bathroom left laying around for my child to see.
GBGBGBGBGBHi I’ve not had time to contact you due to work. Our stay was dreadful, the caravan was filthy, bedding not been changed not cleaned and really disappointed. The main issues was my 5 year old son finding an extasy tablet in his single bed, luckily he didn’t think this was a sweet and eat it or the consequence of that could of been fatal, there was cannabis buts and residue in the cutlery draw absolutely shocking weekend. I have pictures and will be taking this further.

We had to wait 30 mins for the host to give us a code, was the wrong one, had to wait further to get the correct code no issues I don’t mind that . But Then we had no towels and 1 toilet paper for 4 of us. The main complaint is the hot tub, we went in this two nights and all of us are dealing with burns to our skins from the chemicals and it must be deemed unsafe. It was filthy and the host also advertised a free to use indoor pool too which when we got there the host said we need to pay an extra £95 to use the pool facility.
