- Une situation géographique très intéressante pour découvrir la région à un prix très raisonnable ! - La gentillesse de l'hotelier, sa bonne volonté, son courage (il est seul à tout gérer ! ) - Allez-y si vous n'êtes pas trop exigeant.e.s et/ou avec peu de moyens ! - La propreté - le côté "dans son jus"... où l'on retrouve des objets ou décorations anciens - la cascade juste derrière qui vous donne une ambiance nature - un parking - des conseils pour les visites des environs

- La qualité des produits proposés pour le petit déjeuner (basique) - La vétusté (le propriétaire et hotelier a stristement subi les conséquences du Covid au moment de son achat...).
