There was a mix up with the original booking due to a broken boiler but host redirected us to one of her other accommodations. Was very quick to update us on the situation and very helpful.

A lovely warm & welcoming apartment. We loved it. Perfect for our family . We have disabled adult daughters & it’s often a challenge in new surroundings but they all loved it here. Cute wall art , box of games & comfy sofa/ beds. There was a problem with the boiler but swiftly sorted while we were out & these things happen, it’s about how it’s resolved so all good . Really accommodating to our needs , especially in snowy cold weather. Thankyou , appreciated. Will return. ☺️
