It was clean and spacious. It had all I needed and easy to check in to. The high ceiling was perfect!

Maybe the lighting in the bathroom can be better.

The location was perfect for accessing many amenities whether by foot or via car. One thing to note the location is in a conservation area so cars can't go pick/drop you right outside the apartments. It's easier to select the pick up/drop off by Lidl which is a 2 min walk. The apartment itself is very spacious, lots of natural light coming in and a very comfy sofa to lounge on after a long day of actives! It comes equip with everything you may need if you decide to self-cater (I didn't use it) but the fridge and microwave comes in handy when you have leftover takeaway to eat the next day!

The mattress on the bed was far too springy and offered no support, so be prepared to have a sore back/shoulder the next day! The company only provides 1 free clean during your stay so be mindful of that if you're expecting daily fresh towels and bedding! There is no lift! If you're unlucky like us and stayed on the 3rd floor with 3 pieces of luggage be prepared to carry all your luggages ALONE! They also have a 4th floor to so be mindful. There is no members of staff onsite to assist you with this or anything else but you can contact a helpful assistant named 'Valerio' via WhatsApp. Even though there was no staff, I still generally felt very safe in the apartments and within the local area nearby!
