Spacious 2BRI Pool I Gym I Free Parking IWorkspace

Old building. Sketchy neighborhood. Instructions to find private parking garage and getting into the unit are not clear. Walked around for 20 minutes and eventually found the unit. Unit did not reflect the pictures on booking.com listing. Blue couch has been replaced with 2 small grey couches that had multiple stains. Looks like they have not been cleaned in a while and/or cheaply sourced from used furniture store. I did not feel comfortable sitting on the couches. Throw pillows in living room and primary bedroom had white and brown stains. They need to be washed thoroughly or replaced. Brown liquid stains found on wall near primary bed and carpet. Looks like previous guest spilled hot chocolate or coffee. Cleaners failed to throughly clean the apartment. Overall, the building was rough and the in unit experience was underwhelming and felt unhygienic. I found a hotel iDowntown and left the unit shortly after checking in. Asked for a full or partial refund from the host for the inconvenience and received no response. I tried to cancel but Booking.com or the host did not provide the option or support my request.

Unit was clean and spacious.

Access to building was confusing but manageable. The unit not having clothes hangers was a real pain considering I was travelling for business.

it was very neat and tidy. Everything that a family needs is there. The property manager is very nice.
