"Not what was advertised"

The caravan was in a good location, and butlins was really good.

We were put in a different caravan to the one advertised. The caravan we were put in was smaller and looked older than the one we paid for, we weren't told about the change until we arrived and we were not offered any money back. The biggest issue was a used tampon found under one of the beds alongside the highchair, which obviously we didn't want to use for our toddler after finding it. We booked a caravan with smart tvs in the rooms and a ps4, but 2 of the rooms had no tv at all and there was only a ps3. If we were put in the caravan we paid for our trip would have been much better. If we were told about the change beforehand we would not have booked.
