moldy smell in house & mattress, no window screens, very few dishes, 2 forks, cooking pots & pans badly scratched old non-stick, laundry room gross, shower curtain moldy at folds.
USThe location was close to the beach & bottom apartment was decorated really cute. A/C works well!
No hot water, seems like the hot water heater is shared between bottom & top units. Bathroom needs to be remodeled. It was listed to house 6+ people, we only had 2. Dead roaches in kitchen supplies. Stove handles are broken & display on oven does not work. Texted landlord about water & stove, did not receive a response. Phone service (t-mobile) does not work in the house.

Directions were confusing with GPS and it says steps to the beach,but doesn’t say house sits right on the main road.

USWhen we arrived the lace hadn't been cleaned. When the cleaning lady arrived, she tried to make up the bed with the same dirty linens as was on the filthy bed from the last occupancy. But she did rightonnce we told her we needed fresh linens and towels.
