Beautiful studio flat felt very comfortable

There were a few problems when we first arrived, but at our request it was quickly sorted out. Good value for money

The location isn't the best but studio flat was nice

We didn't stay.

The location was rough and scruffy. We felt unsafe. The whole building including the accommodation stank of cannabis. We didn't stay and are still awaiting a refund.

Lack of clean towels for week only got given 1 large towel and 2 little 1s , and the drainage on the shower is very poor as just fills the shower tray

It’s been refurbished to a high standard with love views. The host was lovely, friendly and reachable.

Unfortunately they need a new housekeeper as all the dishes in the kitchen we dirty and we had to wash anything we used first.

Entry was difficult, as intercom access code did not work, no hanger at entrance for coats, no hanger in the bathroom for clothes, towel rack heating did not work, heater in the bedroom area did not work. Contrary to the manual we were provided, Wi-Fi control of radiators did not exist without downloading an unknown application (radiators are labelled with internet site instead of a QR code). Instruction for waste removal in the manual is not given and foreigners as ourselves will not spend their time with looking up Newport City Council guidelines. Above problems might come from pure supervision of the property and instruction manual for visitors need to be rewritten
