The area was really nice and very safe. Important for me traveling with my family. Also close to attractions.

Liked the location and the gated entry. Our granddaughter insisted we stay somewhere with a pool, and this fit the bill. Easy access to most of Branson, but then I lived there for a while and know the back roads. Would not have been fun fighting traffic if we had to take the normal routes.

No pillowcases on the pillows in the main bedroom when we arrived; had to pull two pillows from the bunk beds. Found a pair of children's sweatpants under the bed; whoever cleaned the room should have found those. The room had not been cleaned to basic standards. There were no remotes for the television in the main bedroom; apparently they were not there for the previous guests either (they had noted it in the guest book). Who ever stayed there before us had disconnected the television sound bar from the television. Had to sort that out to get sound for the television in the living room - not the owners fault, but something that should be checked after one set of guests leave and before the next set of guests arrive. The faucet at the sink was broken. Actually, the faucet worked, but the counter around it was broken so the faucet wiggled around quite a bit. Not sure how long it had been like that. Tub in the main bathroom had chips in it - but probably normal wear and tear. However, the rock face to the tub could hurt some knees or toes if you are not careful, especially for older guests. Decorative, but to me, unnecessary. Lots of little things that should have been dealt with before we got there.
