Slightly difficult to find reception. The name above the door didn't quite match the property name on the booking and I couldn't immediately get in as the receptionist had been called away to sort out a problem. Somehow booking dot com wouldn't show me the photograph of reception just when I needed it. The bed sheets were black, so I couldn't tell whether they were clean, and they hadn't been ironed.
CAGreat location, walking distance to city centre and train station. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Clean modern room. We spent one night there and it was perfect for us.

Shower dirty, particularly shower head. Only one cheap pillow each, scratchy sheets, barely any towels, no hot water available in the morning so had to have a cold shower. Would not stay here again
