Personnel courtois, polis, aimable, serviable sauf à la réception

On m'a attribué une chambre et il y avait de la construction dans la ruelle. Je n'avais pas une belle vue comme par les années passées. J'ai demandé une autre chambre, mais la personne à la réception a refusé, disant qu'il n'y avait pas d'autres chambres. QU'elle nous attribuerait une autre chambre le lendemain à 12:00. J'étais en réunion de travail jusqu'à 22:00 Cela m'a beaucoup contrarié. Ensuite, il y avait de la construction et du bruit très désagréable. Même durant des soins en thallasopie spa, en 2 fois durant des massages, tu entendais des bruits de marteaux, de scie, etc. Adieu la détente et la zénitude. En début d'avril, l'hotel n'était pas plein et ces travaux aurait dû être fait durant janvier ou février. Ensuite, la dernière soirée, j'ai trouvé une coquerelle dans la salle de bain ??? Cherchez l'erreur !!!
