"Our entire stay in this perfectly located apt was excellent! It’s super modern & clean!"

The apt is really modern & neatly kept. We got the entire apt which is very private & comfortable. The location is perfectly situated around Gran Via.

The noisy disco music from a bar downstairs. And the main door of the building can be challenging. You have to follow a certain trick in order to open the door with the given key.

"Loud, spacious, great location"

location is prefect, walking distance from all important sightseeings. Apartment is very large, perfect for 6 people, kitchen equipped. Beds comfortable..I received all important info and guidelines 1 hour before we got to Madrid, and never heard from the landlord again.

Noise- what other travelers mentioned- very loud music from 10pm till 6am (we stayed up till 2am but still music was very loud till 6am which is very strange given the fact that it is residential area..), also don’t count on the landlord to help you with anything. They didn’t answer on booking messages nor calls to number they left on booking. This didn’t bother us that much because we managed everything (like router & wifi wasn’t working but we managed to repair it) and we didn’t need support but in case you do need- don’t count on it. These are the only 2 things that decreased the rate, other than that I would book this property again.
