Huge and very clean lots of lovely little extras very dog friendly

Beautiful decor, lovely location and very well equipped.

We did have an issue with no heating. Hence the Saturday morning was very cold whilst preparing for a wedding. The issue was addressed later in the day and was toasty warm when we returned home.

Wonderful quiet location with great views. Well equipped appartment ( could use extra heater and a small pan) with nice wecome pack (tea, coffee ect , biscuits, sweets, dog treats and wine). Good communication with host before arrival, less so during stay, bit that may be signal problem. Comfortable living room and bed. Plenty of hot water in a spacious shower. What3words finds lane to property exactly.

No house name at bottom of lane ( only a for sale sign) or on the locked main gate, only on inner gate, which is hidden from lane. Path to front door bit overgrown, had to walk and carry case on very wet grass. Musty smell, evidence of mould and damp in bathroom and main bedroom. No extra heating, main room heats up very slowly and when central heating failed on first night, I had no heating until following evening.

Great location, pub within walking distance with exceptional food. Very well equipped. Wonderful view from the living room, and a quiet and peaceful location. We enjoyed excellent weather, but there are plenty of books, games, video and a tv with lots of channels in case of poor weather.

Steep steps to access property as I’m just recovering from knee surgery, but sturdy handrail made it much easier to get in.

Unfortunately, although it appeared clean, there were some areas that were 'mucky' ie the front door and behind it, under the furniture, etc

Beautifully equipped apartment with everything one could need for an extended stay plus a four legged friend. We were an overnight visit after a family funeral so not able to take full advantage of all on offer. The accommodation was in a beautiful spot on the Gower with far reaching view over Pencloed estuary. The local pub served an exceptional evening meal. We were tired after a long journey & an emotional day and missed the turn leading to apartment but a friendly voice and capable host led us to the right road in quick time. Couldn't ask for more.

High steps to get in a challenge for elderly but once in everything one one level.
