"Petit hotel amb molt d’encant"

Aquest és el millor hotel en el què ens hem allotjat durant totes les nostres vacances a l’Índia. Està súper ben ubicat, a prop d’un munt de cafeteries i restaurants. L’hotel és increïblement acollidor i bonic. Cada detall està pensat i està súper ben cuidat. Tot el personal és molt atent i proper, disposat a ajudar en tot moment i fer que l’experiència sigui perfecta. També destacaríem l’esmorzar. Tenen moltíssimes opcions tan índies com occidentals i tot el que vam provar era boníssim. Des de la truita amb formatge, fins el pancake de xocolata.

L’únic que ens va fallar va ser el servei de bugaderia. Vam rentar vàries peces i una de les samarretes va tornar tacada, semblava de lleixiu. Pel preu elevat que té el servei i el tipus d’allotjament del que es tracta, això no hauria d’haver passat i, en tot cas, no ens haurien d’haver cobrat aquest servei.

Great location at Fort Kochi. A very short walk to the beach to catch sunset. Lots of food options within walking distance. Breakfast is good, staff friendly and the complimentary 2 hour Tuk Tuk tour is a fantastic bargain thrown in by the hotel.

The layout of the room takes a little getting used to. It will be better if there is a stopper to hold the door to the bedroom open.

Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Stylisches Hotel.

Sehr dünne Fenster (einfach Verglasung), daher sehr laut im Zimmer. Klimaanlagen aus dem Aussenbereich überall zu hören. Wegen Renovierungsarbeiten leider den Pool nicht nutzen können.
