"If you want a lovely, clean, modern apartment this is your place."

Clean, spacious, central, fluffy towels, easy check in. So much room and very modern. Free on street parking either down the side road or opposite. Pizza shop downstairs and a gelateria across the road. Took about 15 mins to walk to the centre.

Wundervoll. Große Wohlung, sehr sauber, und es ist wirklich alles was man braucht vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine/waschtrockner, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank. Der Check in war kontaktlos und super einfach und es war dauernd jemand per WhatsApp erreichbar wenn man etwas brauchte. Wirklich ein super Service.

Great place close to everything and could park easily. Very nice modern apartment inside. Nice stay and they accommodated our bags being stored for a few hours too.
Didn’t tell us the facade was covered with scaffolding for repairs but honestly didn’t affect our stay at all!

Muy cómodo para 6 personas, cerca de restaurantes y con buen acceso. Hospedaje totalmente completo hasta con lava seca ropas. Recomiendo!
Los aires acondicionados no enfriaban, por suerte a la noche refrescó. El parking es gratis por media hora pero no se puede pagar por más tiempo, a las 20 queda liberado.

Krásný moderní apartmán se třemi ložnicemi, obývákem a kuchyní. Dvě koupelny byly přínosem při naší cestě z Kalábrie zpět do ČR se čtyřmi dětmi ve věku 15-17 let. Do centra Modeny v dostupné vzdálenosti cca 800 m. Vybavení skvělé, v lednici na nás čekala konvice se studenou vodou a ráno jsme si dopřáli dobrou kávu z kávovaru. V apartmánu je k dispozici pračka i myčka nádobí.
K apartmánu nemám co vytknout, jenom jsme nebyli upozorněni, že je fasáda v rekonstrukci včetně lešení a plachet kolem celého domu. Tudíž tma a výhled nulový, ale v našem pobytu na jeden večer a noc to nebyl problém.
