Nice location. Best showers this trip. Well appointed kitchen. Sparkling clean

The beds downstairs were very uncomfortable. Springs would pop loudly when you rolled over. One of our group slept on the lounge, as the mattress formed a mound around his shoulders when he lay down. Other than that, the house was amazing. Side note: there was a ups type truck parked opposite the house which made it very difficult to get in and out of the driveway. Roads coming into the house were unlike anything I've seen. Potholes that could swallow a small car. I know this isnt the owners fault, but more of a heads up for those coming into the area

We went grocery shopping at the eagle supermarket and bought Frozen breakfast.

Television in the front bedroom showed a green screen, was not viewable.

Mr Terrell was very helpful returned both calls and the peoperty was very clean and well kept would highly recomend

The house was very clean, in safe neighborhood and had off street parking. Laubdry in the vasement is a great bonus. The owner was reached easily and responded to any concerns immediately.

The kitchen needs a few more essentials to be able to actually cook. The furnace is preset for specific temperarure at times and got very hot. We couldn't figure out how to lower the temperature- it just kept returning to the hold settings.

Beautiful home quiet neighborhood

This was the best property I’ve rented in Ohio period! It was very clean, cozy and comfortable!  Everything worked as it should, especially the air condition! The neighborhood is extremely nice and quiet where I actually enjoyed my morning coffee outside on the front porch where I felt at home, as I was greeted by an elderly woman next door, as she enjoyed her coffee as well on her porch! It was plenty of parking space in the driveway. As I arrived, the landscapers were leaving, which they did an immaculate job! I was able to business online in the office space which was nice! The queen bed upstairs was very comfortable as they had plenty of bedding, as well as extra bedding in the hallway closet. The host provided me with a wonderful experience during my brief stay in Ohio and when I come back in the near future I definitely will choose this home again!! (If available 🤞).

I have no complaints, everything was excellent!!

We had a number of issues with this booking. The grass had not been mowed in a while and the shrubs were so overgrown I could not get my vehicle down the drive by the house. Not a big deal at all compared to the rest of the stay. An electric breaker kicked about 1 1/2 hours into our stay the 1st night. All lights went out but one. I contacted the host. He advised where the breaker box was, in the basement. I made my way down using the light from my phone since there was no lighting anywhere. The breaker that tripped was a 15 amp breaker (which was very small). Most of the house lights, except one, was on this small breaker. I am not sure what else was on it or how this passed code. We tried to keep minimal lighting on after this. The Upstairs air wouldn’t work. We would turn it on, and it kept kicking the ground fault switch. I finally gave up as that was a concern being a fire hazard. The portable air conditioner was plugged in to an adapter that was plugged into the wall socket. The AC drain hose was laying in the floor. It was 98 degrees up stairs at 9pm & reeked of marijuana. This is where the 3rd bed was. Downstairs had the scent of cigarettes on the furniture. It was supposed to be a no smoking unit. There was no 3rd bed option due to upstairs situation. I sat on the couch all night due to no bed so my kids could sleep in the 2 twin beds. The Motion light kept coming on out back, all night long, shining through the window. Not to mention being a little unsettling as to what was causing it to come on. Then at 2:44 a.m. the smoke detector started chirping. It chirped all night. There was no bedding on the beds, only a fitted sheet & a flat sheet with a pillow. This was a non-refundable unit; however, given the many issues, I asked to be refunded for the second night. We departed Sunday morning from the unit after nearly no sleep. I sent a message to the host but after no response, I sent one to Booking.com.
