Convenient Studio Apt Near Airport, Beaches & Food

I like the location is a 3 minute walk from the grocery store and 1 minute walk from variety of restaurants. Very clean and well kept. Haven't meet the staff much but i spoken to a lady and she was very lovely and helpful. Felt very safe

The only issue were looking for the building in an unknown area to us. we were looking for a convenient studio apt/spaghetti house sign but eventually found it after a while

Just eve-ry-thing! Tamara was an incredible host. She answered our questions quickly. Her customer care was excellent. And what to say about the place? Just wonderful. Quiet neighborhood, great location just few steps from bars, restaurants, stores, bakeries… A short distance from Cupecoy beach (oh, we loved Cupecoy! And not far from Maho and it’s great nightlife. The facilities were spotless, comfortable and well set for guests. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here in our next trip to SXM.

Cleanliness, value, walking distance to stores and restaurants

A couple of two hour power outages a day, but that was just another excuse to walk around outside! Also there were some ants that would come and go occasionally, but nothing really bad.

The apartment is great, we arrived and everything was clean and neat. They even let us some complementary drinks and the kitchen was fully equipped.

I loved that it was very comfortable cozy and very good value for the price the staff was very friendly,happy and helpful the room is very spacious and i loved the drinks and snacks that was left there for us😁

The only thing is that we went out and when we returned there were so many ants that came through the balcony door and was very hard to get rid of em. And i loved that there was a washing machine but there was no dryer so we had to use the rack and there was so many rain so our clothes stayed wet.

Love the villa

I loved the cleanliness and safety that the property had. I was pleased also to not be in the center of the city. It’s much quieter than staying closer to the airport and other areas of the island.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was that the shower pressure was not consistent.
