Grecotel La Riviera at Riviera Olympia & Aqua Park

It was our 4th time staying there. We love the water park, the food and the beach. The rooms need renovation in all rooms. The staff is ok. But the management is the worst ever!

We booked a superior sea view triple room and paid 375 euros a night!!They downgraded us to no sea view and there was as no real third bed. I was trying to get a proper clean mattress from 7 pm to 12 am and they sent 3 mattresses that they were all disgusting and dirty and smelled muddy. The excuse was we are fully booked and cannot give you another room. Also they told us you have some sea view, you can see on the side of the building some sea view. That was ridiculous! The manager lied she had resolved the issues and she kept insisting that the mattresses were ok until I demanded to come to the room and see the mattresses herself. She came and said you are right they are disgusting, she asked us to go to dinner and she would resolve the issues. We went back and she hadn’t changed the mattress and was lying to us that she did!!! That was the worst experience I ever had in a hotel. They did not want to even give us a free night as a complimentary and said next time they will “upgrade us”. We go every summer to that hotel and that was their treatment to returning customers. It was disappointing and ridiculous the whole treatment. At 12 am a guy that drives the cart fell sorry for us and went and found a descent mattress to use for the night! What a horrible experience!

very generous staff , very clean . good access to the sea. huge space at the restaurant so many spaces to eat without being very crowded Food was exceptional with many choices

single bed in my opinion should be a bit more modern and comfortable. Water should be complimentary at all times for all customers

Top Hotel mit exzellentem Service und erstklassigem Essen. Riesige, toll angelegte Anlage mit mehreren Pools. Große Zimmer mit herrlichem Meerblick Richtung Zakynthos und Kefalonia. Direkter Strandzugang mit vielen im Preis inbegriffenen Liegen und Schirmen. Kostenlose Parkplätze reichlich vorhanden. Pförtnerservice an der Zufahrt, um Unberechtigte aus dem Gelände herauszuhalten.

Η τοποθεσία υπέροχη. Το φαγητό εκπληκτικό σε ότι και να φάγαμε.Το προσωπικό ευγενέστερο. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο. Σίγουρα θα προσπαθήσουμε να ξανά έρθουμε.

Δεν υπήρχε νερό πόσιμο και έπρεπε ακόμα και την ώρα του φαγητού να το πληρώνεις και μάλιστα ακριβά. Άρα δυνατότητα να πεις δωρεάν νερό, μηδενική, εκτός από ένα μπουκάλι που είχε στο δωμάτιο του ενός λίτρου.

Super kids / families friendly, excellent location, great staff, epic aqua park/pools/sea, great food and variety.

Everything is great. Could be little bit cleaner (though overall excellent effort by the cleaning staff).

There isn’t coffee at dinner, also water should be included in half board option. And also should have clean towels in more places so you don’t have go to the beach for pick them.
