Favoloso nel cuore di Pescara a due passi dal mare

Cute set up, lots of space, good facilities and Convenient location. First breakfast was included which was a nice touch. Host was happy to help with our queries.

Rear balcony sights were a vast contrast to the front of the building felt like two different locations in one place. Pescara was a bustling city mixed with a beach town, felt a Little confusing at times.

The property is only 700 m away from Pescara Beach and you can get there in 8-10 minutes on foot. The apartment has nearby coffee shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. It has air conditioning in every room, electric shades and it is equipped with washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. The host was verry nice, handed the keys, and showed us the apartment. In the fridge there were some juices, water and some croissants and tea. The rooms are big and there are 2 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers. Keeping in mind the below details the overall experience was a pleasant one since the apartment is fully renovated and is situated pretty near to the beach.

Since our group was made from 2 families with 2 kids, 5 years old each when we booked the apartment, we selected 4 adults because this is the maximum number of persons that the apartment can accommodate. Keeping in mind that detail I have written the hosts 6 months in advance mentioning that we have 2 kids with us. They said that is no problem. When there was only one day until our trip which by the way we already paid the hosts asked for our IDs. I have sent them all the IDs and they came back saying that we need to pay another 280 euros for the kids even though there is no such detail in the Property Policies rather than kids age 3 and above are treated as adults. I have written back mentioning that the kids sleep in the same bed with us and since there is no need for extra beds the amount they charge seem too much. I reiterate that there is no details regarding cost per night, per kid on booking. They made a discount, and we paid 15 euros, per kid per night instead of 20 euros. Even though as I mentioned above the host greeted us and waited with juices and water in the fridge, in the bathrooms there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper both halfway gone. When I asked the host if there are any refills available in the apartment (toilet paper rolls, hand soap etc) they replied saying that they only provide the minimum for the first day and since supermarkets are available nearby, we need to go and buy extra toiletries if we need them. In one of the bathrooms there is a bathtub and a shower curtain or a glass panel will help with water splashing. We booked the apartment for 7 nights and in this period no new towels or bed sheets were available in the apartment for us to change them.

Mr. Riccardo who gave us the accommodation was very helpful and helped us with everything during our entire stay, many thanks to him, he was perfect.

The apartment is wonderful, with a good location. it is well equipped. The host is very kind.

The location in town suited us well. Spacious rooms and excellent furnishings. Washing Machine and Drier.

No instructions for anything including how kitchen equipment or machines worked, how to dispose of waste or how to manage in case of emergencies. We were there 16 nights and no new bedding or towels were provided. The exact apartment in the building was not clear to us and the handover was very rushed. The apartment only has a street view and no landmark view.

Airconditioning in every room was sensational!!!

Super clean, spacious, modern! We had everything we needed and more! :)
