NZWould totally recommend this unit....I had 12/10 customer service from KC.....we were meant to come to Waikato Hospital earlier in the week but they didn't have a bed for my mum.. I had already booked one night in preparation.. BUT I spoke with KC about my dilemma. ...he could not be more helpful and caring about my situation....I did end up staying a few days later for the night...he took the stress out of a hard situation so I could concentrate on my mum and her pacemaker operation.....thank you KC from the bottom of my heart. Will definately be back if ever in Hamilton again.

NZNZIt was clean, tidy and comfortable, had everything I needed. It was located very close to the hospital which is what I needed.
Nothing I didn't like. Just a note though, if you have difficulty with stairs, ask for a ground level room. I drive a large SUV, if the Carpark area was full, it would have been very difficult to park it.
NZThe price you can rent there for one week for $350.00 I paid 949.00 for four nights .Harcourts had a sign in drive way $350.00 per week . no instructions for tv had no tv for the four nights . I should have done more research The area is A VERY BAD AREA THE PEOPLE AT THE BUS SAID THEY CALL IT THE DRUG RUN FOR THE BUS . I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN .
