Lovely 1-bedroom property with balcony in West end

Bathroom and kitchen were fine. Bedding and towels were clean. The iron was working. The dishwasher was in working order. The shower was good temperature but low pressure. 20 mins enjoyable walk along the River to the West End

Lovely - no. Balcony - stretching it. West End - no 1960s ex council flat on Maryhill. The flat was not very clean. The fridge hadn’t been cleaned at all. The sofa was dirty and had to be covered by a sheet. The strange baby bed in the bedroom was filthy. The ironing board needs a new cover. The decor needs attention. There were great holes in the wallpaper on the ceiling. The electric wiring is questionable. Some were exposed in one cupboard. The microwave was plugged in on extension lead under the sink. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s not a holiday flat sadly.

Spacious one bed apartment. Bathroom and rooms were lovely and modern. Many facilities on-site such as a washing machine, dishwasher, dryer (which was located in a lovely balcony area) etc. There were also plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits provided which was wonderful. The building is also quite secure. The owners were also lovely and very responsive to our questions (we initially were not sure which apartment it was as booking.com did not show the apartment number).

There are quite a few stairs but we were already aware of this. Something to keep in mind if you have a pram/heavy luggage.

The apartment was very spacious and was very cosy for a one week stay. We really enjoyed the balcony outside :))

The location was a little dodgy and I'm not sure if we would like to stay in this specific area again. But we had a great time and the hosts were lovely.

Lovely little touches such as milk in the fridge & fresh flowers in the hall.

Key box is handy. Good to have the washing machine/dyer available

Area/estate is a bit rough. Doesn't feel too safe. Not enough bedsheets for the 3rd guest in the sofa bed. Had to sleep with towels! Bedroom very dirty. Especially the 'baby bed' area. Very bad

Very cosy, comfortable apartment. We loved the wee balcony. Lovely 25min walk to west end. Great to have the Tesco so handy too. Great spot!

Location was a great advantage, near good restaurants and a Tesco megastore. The place was very comfortable with the right type of amenities available, dimmable lights in the bathroom, and a ceiling fan in the living area.

Unfortunately, the property is on the second floor and does not have a lift access. It was something that we didn't expect and was a bit of a major letdown for us. It was an issue because we had to carry our child in the lap and assist my mother in walking up. The price felt to be on the higher side, considering the property size
